A pizza oven can give an evening its centre of gravity. At Amore Mio’s expanded Maylands home, a rotating wood-fired oven sits behind a menu of hand-stretched pizza and house-made pasta.
The restaurant now lists 277 Guildford Road as its address. Its dining-room photograph shows exposed brick, timber tables and the oven within the space: a setting built around a sit-down meal.
